Eagle Ranch Training Center is pleased to sponsor this 30-hour course titled, New Broker Business Practices. All associate brokers newly licensed in New Mexico on or after January 1, 2009, must complete this course by the of their first renewal cycle.

This great program will help you transition from being newly licensed and unsure of your next steps, to being a confident real estate professional. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and lost, and this program is designed to put you on the right path.

New Broker Business Practices consists of 10 modules that cover everything from the basics of establishing a real estate business to the successful closing of a transaction –creating business plans, prospecting, working with buyers and sellers, the Purchase Agreement & listing process, presenting and negotiating offers.

Don’t wait until the last minute to reap the benefits of completing this program. Start now to develop the set of practical skills and good business habits that you’ll use throughout your career. You’ll also earn 10 hours of continuing education to apply to the 30 needed to renew your license.

Michael Glass Michael is a Qualifying Broker and Licensed Instructor, who holds his own educational sponsorship. He began as an Instructor in 2012 for Maestas & Ward and Kaplan Professional Schools, where he still teaches pre-license class to this day. He has taught at many of the state’s Realtor Boards, IREM, and several other schools.
